Caitlin Clark Leads the Way with Double-Double
The Indiana Fever continued their strong start to the 2024 season with a 76-63 victory over the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday night. Caitlin Clark led the way for Indiana with 18 points and 12 rebounds, recording her first double-double of the season.
The Fever also received solid contributions from Aaliyah Boston and NaLyssa Smith, who scored 14 points apiece. Teaira McCowan chipped in with 10 points and 8 rebounds.
Indiana took control of the game in the second quarter, outscoring Atlanta 24-15 to take a 40-29 lead into halftime. The Fever maintained their advantage throughout the second half, never allowing the Dream to get closer than seven points.
The victory improves Indiana's record to 2-1 on the season. They will look to continue their winning ways on Friday when they host the Chicago Sky.
