The Los Angeles Lakers have announced their roster for the 2024 Summer League, which will be held from July 7th to 17th in Las Vegas. The team will be led by first-round pick Max Christie, who averaged 9.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game during his one season at Michigan State.
Other notable players on the roster include second-round pick Scotty Pippen Jr., who averaged 20.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game for Vanderbilt last season; and undrafted free agent Shareef O'Neal, the son of Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal.
The Lakers will play five games in the Summer League, with their first game scheduled for Tuesday, July 11th against the New Orleans Pelicans. They will also face the Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, and Miami Heat during the tournament.
